本文观察了平阳霉素与抗坏血酸对培养基中艾氏腹水癌细胞的联合杀伤作用;通过抗坏血?与平阳霉素对DNA的断裂实验及生理条件下平阳霉素-Cu(Ⅱ)催化抗坏血酸有氧氧化动力学参数的测定实验,说明了抗坏血酸对平阳霉素的抗肿瘤活性的增强与抗坏血酸氧化中间体有关。并对抗坏血酸增强平阳霉素抗肿瘤活性的机理进行了初步讨论。
In this paper, we observed the combined killing effect of bleomycin and ascorbic acid on Ehrlich ascites carcinoma cells in culture medium. By the experiment of DNA fragmentation by bleomycin and bleomycin, and the activity of pingyangmycin-Cu (Ⅱ) ascorbate The kinetic parameters of aerobic oxidation test, indicating that ascorbic acid on the anti-tumor activity of pingyangmycin enhancement and ascorbate oxidation intermediates. The mechanism of ascorbic acid enhancing anti-tumor activity of pingyangmycin was also discussed.
