猴年春节,600万出境过年的中国游客“刷出”境外消费900亿元人民币的新纪录,引发各界热议。与以往不同的是,中国公民出国抢购出现了新动向,“爆买”的不是动辄数万元的奢侈品、智能马桶盖等,而是药品、卫生巾、丝袜、安全套、指甲钳、保温杯、电动牙刷、钢笔等一大批低价日用品。由日本创造出来的“爆买”一词,形容中国赴日游客“疯狂购物”的现象;韩国也创造出发音为“游客”的韩语新词,专门指代赴韩旅游的中国游客。

Created by Japan, the term “burst buy” is used to describe the phenomenon of Chinese tourists traveling to Japan “crazy shopping.” Korea also created a new Korean word pronounced as “tourist” Chinese tourists.
