目的 探析实施延续护理对肾衰竭血液透析患者生活质量及临床疗效的影响.方法 60例肾衰竭血液透析患者,经随机抽取双色球分组法分为观察组及对照组,各30例.观察组实施延续护理

目的 探析实施延续护理对肾衰竭血液透析患者生活质量及临床疗效的影响.方法 60例肾衰竭血液透析患者,经随机抽取双色球分组法分为观察组及对照组,各30例.观察组实施延续护理,对照组实施常规护理.对比两组临床疗效、生活质量评分、护理前后肾功能指标.结果 观察组总有效率为96.67％,高于对照组的80.00％,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组躯体功能、认知功能、社会功能、情绪功能评分分别为(90.6±3.4)、(92.8±3.4)、(91.6±4.9)、(93.1±4.8)分,均高于对照组的(79.5±1.9)、(72.8±2.5)、(81.5±3.3)、(79.3±3.2)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05);护理后,观察组血尿素氮、血尿素、血肌酐、血尿酸水平均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(t=5.2970、7.2457、20.8962、130.6421,P<0.05).结论 肾衰竭血液透析患者接受延续护理干预,能提高患者临床疗效,改善患者的生活质量及肾功能指标,值得临床推广.
