如果美国经济走向衰退,虽然出口会受冲击,但中国仍能保持7￣8%以上的增长,因为政府用积极财政政策刺激经济的能力比几年前要强得多。

If the U.S. economy is in a recession, even though exports will be hit, China will still be able to sustain more than 7 to 8% growth because the government’s ability to stimulate the economy with a proactive fiscal policy is much stronger than it was a few years ago.
