课堂教学的有效性,是教师永恒的追求,如何提高课堂教学效益,促进学生的全面发展,是教师的职责所在。昆山是一座开放性的城市,近年来由于外来人员子女人数急剧增加,出现了班级学生基础层次不齐的现象,同时因地域差异、文化差异、家庭差异等诸方面的因素也带来了数学学科教学上的难度,新形势下就必须要求我们老师在课堂教学中解决学生因为差异存在的问题。从学生的实际出发,根据学生的基础情况,分析与新课相关的新旧知识以及学生认知能力的情况,确定每一节课堂的教学起点;着实提高课堂教学的有效性显得尤为重要。
