当地铁1号线成为贯穿杭州的大动脉,一个主城、副城泾渭分明的时代终结了。因此,才有了我们对下沙作为杭州“副城”的“传统价值观”的重新审视,才有了我们对“工业园区”城市定位的深度思考和修订,才有了对“宜居之城”新价值的一次全新发掘。幸运的是,这一次,我们确实发现了下沙这座小城冲出“副城”概念,朝另一个“市中心”发展的“突围”之路——地铁的开通,不仅拉近了下沙与主城的距离,无疑还将再次激起资源和人口的汇聚,进而激发城市格局的又一次进化。很显然,庆春路至武林路范围的一个市中心,已经难以满足城市的发展需求,冲破“围城”的杭州,其拉开“多个市中心”的大都市框架已
