本刊訊記者孫繼斌中國共產黨第十八屆中央委員會第五次全體會議,於2015年10月26日至29日在北京舉行。全會聽取和討論了習近平受中央政治局委託作的工作報告,審議通過了《中共中央關於制定國民經濟和社會發展第十三個五年規劃的建議》。習近平就《建議(討論稿)》向全會作了說明。全會按照黨章規定,決定遞補中央委員會候補委員劉曉凯、陳志榮、金振吉為中央委員會委員。全會審議並通過了中共中央紀律檢查委員會關於令計畫、周本順、楊棟樑、朱明國、王敏、陳川平、仇和、楊衛澤、潘逸陽、餘遠輝嚴重違紀問題的審查報告,確認中央政治
