在英文中,“live”除了有居住的意思,还有享受生活的含义,从这点来看,居住已经不仅仅是单纯的选择有其屋,更是一种对生活方式的选择。而如今,由大量开发商所掀起的造社区乃至造城行动,社区理念的不断升级,已使得青岛市民的生活也纳入“新时代”的规划——小高层、洋房别墅、小户型、地铁房、精装房、绿色房、品牌社区、城市综合体……所有这些概念已然从构想变为实际。
In English, “live ” in addition to the meaning of living, but also to enjoy the meaning of life, from this point of view, living has not only a simple choice of ownership, but also a choice of lifestyle. Nowadays, the ever-increasing number of communities and even urban communities set off by a large number of developers has led to the inclusion of Qingdao citizens’ lives in the planning of “new era”: small high-rise villas, small houses, Metro room, hardcover room, green room, brand community, urban complex ... all of these concepts already from the idea into reality.
