以往在免疫抑制剂的筛选研究中,多采用小鼠游离心肌耳后移植,此法客观指标不够明确,使研究受到一定限制。陈忠华等在10倍手术显微镜下行血管吻合获大鼠心脏异位移植成功。在此基础上我们将其进一步改为直视下血管吻合获得成功,现将结果和体会报告如下。
