KA8是oxyntomodulin和glicentin的C端八肽(30-37)。KA8可以抑制胃酸分泌。我们设计了两个实验,证明KA8可以抑制冷束缚和TRH刺激引起的胃酸分泌,血中胃泌素水平无明显变化。这说明KA8不是通过抑制胃泌素而起作用的。
KA8 is a C-terminal octapeptide of oxyntomodulin and glicentin (30-37). KA8 can inhibit gastric acid secretion. We designed two experiments to prove that KA8 can inhibit gastric acid secretion caused by cold binding and TRH stimulation, blood gastrin levels did not change significantly. This suggests that KA8 does not act by inhibiting gastrin.
