三十多年前,我插队落户的贵州黔北修文县,盛产洋芋。那一片遥远的乡土,水稻、包谷的产量不高,洋芋却是年年丰收的,装箱出口时,还是国际上的免检产品。为了保持洋芋的高产、稳产,每年秋末冬初栽种洋芋季节之前,村寨上的老乡,都要联系县城运输队的卡车,去往黔西北的威宁彝族回族苗族自治县串换洋芋种子。我作为一个接受再教育的知识青年,也就跟着老乡,坐在卡车上,去出一趟趟的公差。
