近几年来,打造戏剧艺术精品的呼声越来越高了。特别是2002年文化部和财政部联合实施国家舞台艺术精品工程以来,全国各省市都把打造戏剧艺术精品写入政府工作计划,摆在重要的议事日程上。入选国家舞台艺术精品工程,已成为各省市的奋斗目标,同时又是衡量各省市艺术创作水平的标尺。如今全国文化艺术工作会议的中心议题就是“以国家舞台艺术精品工程为龙头,带动全国艺术创作整体的繁荣”。由此可见,国家、省、市各级领导已把艺术创作提到相当重要的地位。
In recent years, there has been growing demand for the creation of theatrical fine arts. Especially since 2002, when the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Finance jointly implemented the national stage art project, all the provinces and municipalities in the country have put the creation of theater art works into the government work plan and placed them on the important agenda. Nowadays, the central topic of the National Cultural and Art Work Conference is to “promote the overall prosperity of the nation’s art creation with the leading national stage art project as a leader.” It can be seen from this that leaders at all levels at the national, provincial and municipal levels have mentioned the importance of artistic creation.
