采用氮离子重叠注入法强化GC_r15钢试样及精密轴承套圈,AES-PRO分析表明,这种工艺能充分提高实际注入基体的氮原子数量和深度均匀性.显微硬度、Timken磨损试验及推力片接触疲劳试验说明,注入表面得到较大的强化;而精密轴承套圈的尺寸精度和粗糙度均不受影响.本文还利用AES-PRO及XPS谱图和X射线衍射谱,分析了氮离子注入强化的机制.
