经皮心内膜心肌活检(Endomyocardial binpsy,EMB)是与心导管相结合的活体组织检查法,能对心内膜心肌疾病的诊断提供病理学依据,是诊断心脏疾病的重要手段。通过EMB组成学评价能确诊的心脏病达30余种。由于EMB技术和器械的改进且并发症少,国外已广泛应用于临床,许多医院将其列为心内膜心肌疾病的常规检查之一。兹将我院1990年所作2例报告如下:
Endomyocardial biopsy (Endomyocardial biopsy, EMB) is a biopsy method combined with cardiac catheterization, which can provide pathological basis for the diagnosis of endocardial myocardium disease. It is an important method to diagnose heart disease. Through the EMB constitutive assessment can diagnose more than 30 kinds of heart disease. Because of the improvement of EMB technology and instruments and fewer complications, foreign countries have been widely used in clinical practice, many hospitals will be listed as one of the routine examination of endocardial myocardial disease.
