患者女,29岁,于89年6日以头晕(?)乏力6年,加重1周入院。1983年因头晕、乏力,曾在某院拟诊再障,用激素、输血等治疗后症状减轻。1周前又发热、头晕,乏力加重。自幼体质弱,曾患“胆囊炎”、“哮喘”。体检:T36.6℃,P72次/min,BP16.0/9.3kPa,发育正常,无先天畸形,贫血貌,皮肤粘膜未见出血点。胸骨无压痛,心肺正常,肝未触及,脾侧位2cm。实验室检查:RBC2.38×10~(12)/L,Hb72g/L,WBC4.2×10~9/L,N0.70,L0.28,M0.02,Plt104×10~9/L,RC0.003。骨髓
The patient, 29 years old, had a dizzy (?) Fatigue for 6 years on the 6th of August 89, and was admitted to hospital for one week.
