基于经典的叠层板理论和热弹性力学的有关理论,合理简化边界条件,建立了一维非对称热应力缓和型功能梯度材料(DFM)分析模型。推导出FGM在稳态温度场下温度分布函数及热应力分布函数。在此基础上,开发出了非对称热应力缓和型功能梯度材料计算机辅助设计系统FGMCAD.FGMCAD的作用在于能够通过改变FGM的各项设计参数来实现残余应力和工作应力在FGM中的分布达到最优。还给出了在设计1个FGM时系统的运行实例。
Based on the classical theory of laminated plate and thermo-elastic theory, the one-dimensional asymmetric thermal stress relaxation functionally graded material (DFM) analytical model is established by reasonably simplifying the boundary conditions. The temperature distribution function and thermal stress distribution function of FGM at steady state temperature field are deduced. On this basis, the FGMCAD, an asymmetric thermal stress relaxation type functionally graded material computer aided design system, has been developed. The function of FGMCAD is to optimize the distribution of residual stress and work stress in FGM by changing various design parameters of FGM. Also given in the design of a FGM system running examples.
