为了寻求分立紧固件(discrete fasteners)连接、粘接和非粘接以外的聚合物基复合材料更多样的连接方法,提出了一种新型的装配连接,这种连接和单个构件的设计和制造构成一体,以“整体镶嵌连接技术”(intergral fit joint technologies)为名归类。给出并说明了上述取消紧固件、不用粘接剂及超声和其他大能量来连接构件的方法。整体镶嵌连接技术在复合材料领域的应用,需要对复合材料体系的优势和弱点、构件制造工艺、复合材料构件装配方法以及作用在连接部位的力等,都有一个基本的了解。为高压输电塔开发的复合材料扣接连接技术,可作为一个例子以说明整体镶嵌连接在复合材料结构中应用的潜力。
In an attempt to find more ways to connect discrete fasteners, bonded and non-bonded polymer-based composites, a new type of assembly connection has been proposed that combines the design of a single component with that of a single component Manufactured in one-piece, under the name of “intergral fit joint technologies”. The composite buckle connection technology developed for high voltage transmission towers can serve as an example to illustrate the potential of a monolithic joint application in a composite structure.
