坏死性淋巴结病是一种少见病,其表现为病因不明的非肿瘤性淋巴结肿大、发热、白细胞减少,病理组织学以淋巴结广泛凝固性坏死伴组织细胞反应性增生而无中性粒细胞浸润为特点。现将我院2例报告如下。
