内地最大建筑雕刻艺术品广州中国大酒店正门外墙上,一幅巨型鎏金线刻画光彩夺目,吸引着来往的四方游客。它以九条长度共达九公里的金线刻画出一百零九个优美的人物造型,组成一首和平友好、繁荣昌盛的颂歌。线条以四十八两真金制出二十四万线纯金箔镶贴,画面金碧辉煌,画中意境耐人寻味。朋友们,你们可知道?它既不是浮雕,也不是壁画,它是内地迄今为止最大的一幅建筑雕刻艺术品,是雕刻艺术在建筑物上的一次成功
On the outer wall of the main entrance of the China Hotel in Guangzhou, the largest architectural sculpture on the mainland, a giant gilded gold line portrays dazzling illumination and attracts visitors from all over the world. It depicts nine hundred beautiful figures in nine gold lines with a total length of nine kilometers to form a carol of peace, friendship and prosperity. The line is made of 240 gold lines and is adorned with 240,000 lines of pure gold foil. The picture is magnificent and the artistic conception is intriguing. Friends, you know it? It is neither an embossed nor a mural. It is the largest architectural sculpture artwork in the Mainland so far and it is a success of sculpture art in architecture.
