本宅位于上海北京路一幢高层公寓的第三十二层及三十三层,由一套复式住宅与一套一室一厅合并而成。业主是一位律师,希望建筑师为其营造一个融律师事务所与家居为一体的工作与生活空间。由于业主长期从事海事法律工作,受西方文化的影响,对装潢的色彩与材料的质地有独特的认识。建筑师充分尊重业主的意见,将户主具有个性的思想溶入室内设计之中,贯彻建筑师与户主交互式的新型设计方法,从而创造出具有个性的居住、工作空间。
Located on the 32nd and 33rd floors of a high-rise apartment on Beijing Road, Shanghai, this home is a combination of a duplex residence and a suite of one bedroom and one living room. The owner is a lawyer and he hopes that the architect will create a working and living space that integrates a law firm and a home. As the owners have been engaged in maritime legal work for a long time, influenced by Western culture, they have a unique understanding of the color of the decor and the texture of the materials. The architect fully respects the opinions of the owners and integrates the thoughts of the head of the household into the interior design, implements the interactive design method of the architect and the owner, and creates a personalized living and working space.
