乐林生现任上海市自来水市北有限公司总经理,是教授级高工、上海市建设系统专业技术学科带头人、享受国务院特殊津贴的专家。30多年的给水工艺科技开发及工作练就了他扎实的专业理论基础,乐林生为行业科技进步及上海大都市饮用水水质的改善作出了杰出贡献,多次获得市级以上科技奖励,并荣获上海市“劳动模范”。
Le Linsheng is currently the general manager of Shanghai Shuofei Shibei Co., Ltd., a professor-level senior engineer and a leader of the professional and technical discipline of Shanghai’s construction system and an expert enjoying the special allowance of the State Council. For more than 30 years, he has made a solid theoretical foundation for the development and work of water technology. He has made outstanding contributions to the scientific and technological progress of the industry and the improvement of the drinking water quality in Shanghai’s metropolis. He has won numerous awards of science and technology at municipal level and above Won the Shanghai “model worker.”
