自Rygaad&Povlsen用裸鼠移植人体恶性肿瘤成功以后,各脏器肿瘤移植的事例陆续报道,但有关人体喉癌直接移植给裸鼠的资料仅有2例,且未见有传代的报道。本文作者们将人体喉癌移植给裸鼠已传至七代,并对传代后组织学所见及雌雄发生率比例进行了观察比较。方法是取喉癌手术时所得瘤组织,置于含抗生素生理盐水中,切成2×2×2mm~3大小,冲洗后转移植于裸鼠背部,一次移植给4只裸鼠,待肿瘤生长至20×20mm时处死,无菌操作下摘出肿瘤,取部分肿瘤组织传代,部分肿瘤组织用10%福尔马林固定,HE染色后光镜检查。移植传代至第五代以前均用雄鼠;第六代时,选雄雌鼠各6只进行传代移植。自第六代传代后,每两周测量肿瘤大小一次,持续至第八周。共用20例男性T_2N_0M_0至T_4N_2M_0喉鳞癌患者肿瘤组织给裸鼠移植,其中2例移植成功,一例第七代传代成功者为
Since the success of Rygaad & Povlsen transplantation of human malignant tumor in nude mice, the cases of tumor transplantation in various organs have been reported one after another.
