多层砌体房屋,特别是住宅楼顶层出现墙体裂缝,几乎已成为砖砌体结构楼房的质量通病,其原因主要是由于温度应力所引起,再加上设计方面存在的问题和施工方面的质量问题,致使一些建筑物在建成后或使用1～2年后出现墙体裂缝,主要是在顶层,裂缝形式有斜裂缝、竖直裂缝及水平裂缝。
The wall cracks in multi-story masonry buildings, especially on the top floor of residential buildings, have almost become a common problem in the quality of brick masonry buildings. The main reason is due to temperature stress, coupled with problems in design and construction. Due to quality problems, wall cracks occur in some buildings after they are built or after 1 to 2 years of use, mainly on the top floor. There are oblique cracks, vertical cracks, and horizontal cracks in the form of cracks.
