声振检测技术具有方法简单、速度快等优点。本文主要介绍了在线式声振检测设备的工作原理和应用情况,通过对敲击法智能化处理,设计了在线式声振检测设备,实现快速零部件缺陷全自动在线诊断。
Vibration detection technology has the advantages of simple method, fast speed and so on. This paper mainly introduces the working principle and application of on-line vocal vibration detection equipment. By intelligently processing percussion method, an on-line vocal vibration detection equipment is designed to realize automatic on-line diagnosis of rapid component defects.
