高等学校图书馆集中了古今中外人类研究自然科学、社会科学的丰硕成果 ,为广大读者、特别是大学生提供了各学科学习和博览群书的特有的条件和浓郁文化氛围 ,是对青年大学生进行素质教育的取之不尽 ,用之不竭的资源 ,是大学生提高自身素质的第二课堂。笔者结合实际工作从转变传统观念 ,加强图书馆自身建设 ,营造育人氛围等方面论述如何发挥图书馆在素质教育中的积极作用
The Libraries of colleges and universities have collected the rich fruits of natural sciences and social sciences studied by both ancient and modern Chinese and foreign human beings and provided the special conditions and rich cultural atmosphere for readers, especially for college students, to learn and read books of different disciplines. The inexhaustible supply of education, the second class of college students to improve their own quality. Based on the actual work, the author expounds how to play an active role in the quality education by changing the traditional concept, strengthening the construction of the library itself and creating the atmosphere of educating people
