目的了解杭州市企业职工代谢综合征(MS)患病状况及代谢综合征相关亚型分布。方法采用社区健康干预(CIH)项目基线调查方法,依据国际糖尿病联盟(IDF)标准,对杭州市2009—2010年3个城区的12家企业单位2 066名在职职工进行自填式问卷调查及相关指标检测。结果杭州市企业职工MS患病率为10.72%,标化率为13.48%;随着年龄的增高,腰围(WC)、血压(BP)、空腹血糖(FPG)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)等5项组份及MS患病率均呈逐步增高(P<0.05),男性BP、FPG、TG、HDL-C等4项组份患病率均高于女性(P<0.05),低学历企业职工BP、FPG两项指标高于高学历人群(P<0.05);各亚型MS中,TG+HDL-C、BP+HDL-C、BP+TG+HDL-C、BP+FPG+TG+HDL-C均高于10.00%。结论杭州市企业职工MS患病率较高,男性及高年龄组人群具有较高的患病风险;TG+HDL-C可能为杭州市企业职工MS的主要组份。
Objective To understand the prevalence of metabolic syndrome (MS) and the related subtypes of metabolic syndrome in Hangzhou workers. Methods Based on the baseline survey of community health intervention (CIH) project and according to the International Diabetes Federation (IDF) standard, 2 066 active employees of 12 enterprises in 3 districts in Hangzhou from 2009 to 2010 were surveyed and correlated Indicator detection. Results The prevalence of MS in Hangzhou workers was 10.72% and the standardization rate was 13.48%. With increasing age, WC, BP, FPG, TG, The prevalence of HDL-C, 5 components and MS were gradually increased (P <0.05). The prevalence of 4 components including BP, FPG, TG and HDL-C were higher in males than in females (P <0.05). The BP and FPG of workers with low academic qualifications were higher than those with highly educated (P <0.05). TG, HDL-C, BP + HDL-C, BP + TG + HDL -C, BP + FPG + TG + HDL-C were higher than 10.00%. Conclusion The prevalence of MS in Hangzhou workers is high, and the prevalence of MS in men and the elderly is higher. TG + HDL-C may be the main component of MS in Hangzhou.
