目的明确建设项目产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果,为卫生行政部门对建设项目职业病防护设施竣工验收提供科学依据。方法根据国家相关标准,通过职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查及检查表分析法等方法对建设项目进行评价。结果该项目在职业病防护设施、建筑卫生学、辅助用室、应急救援、职业健康检查和职业卫生管理制度方面基本符合职业卫生的要求,在个体防护用品的配置及警示标识的设置方面有待进一步完善。结论该建设项目在设备布局、毒物危害控制、应急救援、建筑卫生学和辅助用室等方面符合法律、法规和《工业企业设计卫生标准》(GBZ 1-2010)的要求。
Objective To clarify the hazard factors of occupational diseases caused by the construction projects, analyze the harm degree and the impact on workers’ health, evaluate the protective measures against occupational hazards and their effects, and provide the scientific basis for the completion and acceptance of the occupational disease prevention facilities of the construction projects by the health administrative departments. Methods According to the relevant national standards, the construction projects were evaluated through occupational health field investigation, occupational health examination, occupational health examination and checklist analysis. Results The project basically met the requirements of occupational hygiene in occupational disease prevention facilities, building hygiene, auxiliary rooms, emergency rescue, occupational health examination and occupational health management system. The project needs to be further improved in terms of the configuration of personal protective equipment and the setting of warning signs . Conclusion The project conforms to laws, regulations and the “Hygienic Standard for Design of Industrial Enterprises” (GBZ 1-2010) in terms of equipment layout, poison hazard control, emergency rescue, building hygiene and auxiliary rooms.
