为采取冷采的方式高效开采稠油资源,针对大庆阿拉新稠油区块,以丙烷为有机溶剂,提出丙烷萃取法开采稠油的工艺方法,通过室内动态评价实验,对此方法开采稠油的采收率进行评价。将压缩丙烷气体注入到饱和有稠油的中,通过改变注入量、注入压力等注入条件,来观察其对稠油采收率的影响,并优选出最佳注入条件。实验结果表明,注入温度70℃,注入量0.4PV,注入压力6MPa时,该方法能获得较高的采收率,具有最好的经济性。
In order to exploit the heavy oil resources effectively in the cold mining method, aiming at the heavy oil block of Allaxin, Daqing, a propane extraction process for producing heavy oil was proposed using propane as an organic solvent. Through indoor dynamic evaluation experiment, heavy oil The recovery rate was evaluated. The compressed propane gas is injected into a saturated heavy oil, and the injection conditions such as injection pressure and injection pressure are changed to observe the effect on the recovery of heavy oil, and the optimum injection conditions are optimized. The experimental results show that this method can achieve higher recovery rate with the best economic efficiency when the injection temperature is 70 ℃, the injection volume is 0.4PV and the injection pressure is 6MPa.
