小学是学生整个学习生涯最为基础的时期,这一阶段的学习对今后将产生不可忽视的影响。低年级小学生生理和心理发育不完善,其接受能力不强、学习能力弱,教师掌握有效的教学设计方式对教学环节的设计至关重要。教学设计指的是任课教师根据国家课程标准以及教材中的内容制定的系统性的教学计划的全过程,对整个教学活动具有指导意义。在教学活动中,教学设计水平的高低直接影响到教学质量的高低。当前,许多小学数学教师在进行教学设计环节中还存在许多问题,往往依据以往的经验开展工作,没有和学生的实际能力相结合,导致最终效果不佳。本文就小学数学教师教学设计能力及其构成进行了简单的分析。
Primary school is the most basic period of study for students, and learning at this stage will have a significant impact on the future. The low grade primary school students’ physical and psychological development are imperfect, their acceptance is not strong and their learning ability is weak. It is very important for the teachers to master the effective teaching design methods for the design of teaching links. Teaching design refers to the whole process of the systematic teaching plan formulated by the teachers in accordance with the national curriculum standards and teaching materials, which is instructive to the entire teaching activities. In teaching activities, the level of teaching and design directly affects the level of teaching quality. At present, many primary school mathematics teachers have many problems in the process of instructional design. They often work according to their past experience and do not combine with the students’ actual abilities, resulting in a poor result in the end. This article makes a simple analysis on the teaching design ability and its composition of elementary mathematics teachers.
