为确定局部畸变交互作用下薄壁卷边槽钢的响应,给出了适当的有限元模拟方法及过程。建模过程能够描述受压构件的整个加载进程,从初始的局部屈曲直至后局部屈曲导致的局部畸变交互作用,包括材料屈服、屈曲逐步扩散至极限状态,最后弹塑性卸载。数值模拟充分考虑了截面的几何缺陷对最终破坏的影响。有限元模拟得到的极限载荷和破坏机理与卷边槽钢局部畸变交互作用的试验结果相符。
In order to determine the response of thin-walled curled channel under the interaction of local distortions, the appropriate FEM simulation method and process are given. The modeling process can describe the whole loading process of the compression member, from the initial local buckling to the local distortion after local buckling, including the yielding of the material, the gradual diffusion of buckling to the ultimate state, and finally the elastic-plastic unloading. The numerical simulation fully considers the influence of the geometric defects on the final failure. The results of the finite element simulation of the ultimate load and failure mechanism are consistent with the experimental results of the interaction of curling channel local distortion.
