2005年,中央电视台在实施收视率末位淘汰制的基础上,将收视份额(相对收视率)作为各频道的考核依据。国内其他电视媒体如上海东方电视台以收视率和节目成本构架考核体系,收视率占50%的权重;山东电视台的节目评价由收视率、满意度、专家评议三项指标构成,收视率占30%的权重。然而,随着收视率在节目评价中地位的提升,电视业界和学术界关于收视率可信度及作用的争议也日益凸显。笔者对有争议的问题进行了初步分析、研究。
