西铁城御代田株式会社社长前川祐三最近在梧州市访问时表示,日本西铁城正在广西梧州扩建生产基地,逐步将于广州的生产基地西移,使梧州成为西铁城在中国最主要的生产基地。 西铁城于2001年7月在梧州投资成立领冠电子(梧州)有限公司,注册资本3000万元港币,主要生产石英振子、手表、液晶反光块及其它新型电子元器件,当年12月投产,2002年出口额为1000多万美元。
During a recent visit to Wuzhou, Citizen Noboru, former president of Citizen Miyota Corporation, said that Citizen Japan is expanding its production base in Wuzhou, Guangxi and will gradually move its manufacturing base west of Guangzhou to make Wuzhou the most important production base for Citizen in China. Citizen invested in Wuzhou in July 2001 to set up Guanzeng Electronics (Wuzhou) Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 30 million Hong Kong dollars. The company mainly produces quartz oscillators, watches, liquid crystal reflectors and other new electronic components. Exports of more than 10 million US dollars.
