矿山风动凿岩机用钎头,因为它的截面要受到穿凿孔径的限制,必须要用强度和韧性均较好的合金钢来制造,才能保证钎头体具有同钎头上硬质合金相匹配的工作寿命。这一点,近年已日益被国内的矿山工作者所理解。通过实践认识到;就选用合金钢材来讲,不仅凭几个强度和韧性数据,任选一种合金钢就能制造出性能优越的钎头。欲保证钎头具有合适的工作性能,就得选用其热处理工艺,能与在钎头体上固定硬质合金工艺相适应的合金钢
