我们反射炉车间,自从在反射炉内安装了二次空气鼓风设备以后,由于二次空气的利用能符合于炉内的燃烧条件,在1955年度里屡次地出现了过去所没有的成绩。如过去熔炼一炉铜需要29~30小时,现在逐步缩短到26小时、24小时、以至只要22小时50分钟的时间就可以炼出一炉铜。在加料数量方面,由原来只加入50吨,渐次地增加到65吨。加入冷铜的熔化时间也从每炉6小时的基础上缩短到2小时50分钟。由于熔炼时间的缩短、产量的增加,不仅使燃料、耐火材料的消耗定额降低,而且更大大地提高了劳动生产率。
