在新时期,随着世界格局的转变,经济全球一体化步伐加快,给我国人才培养带来更多机遇和挑战,职业学校除了做好基本专业知识教学之外,还应通过德育教育,培养复合型人才、满足素质教育发展需要,更是为国家的未来发展贡献力量。鉴于职业学校学生的年龄特殊性,他们正处于心智成熟阶段,可塑性极强,因此职业学校肩负了德育教育的重要任务,必须将德育工作渗透到每一个教学、管理环节中,为学生发展探索一条可持续发展道路。
