取原发性青光眼小梁网组织、观察其中酸性磷酸酶、碱性磷酸酶、乳酸脱氢酶、琥珀酸脱氢酶的活性。见开角青光眼酸性磷酸酶的活性低于闭角青光眼。
The primary glaucoma trabecular meshwork was taken and the activities of acid phosphatase, alkaline phosphatase, lactate dehydrogenase and succinate dehydrogenase were observed. See open-angle glaucoma acid phosphatase activity lower than angle-closure glaucoma.
