Zhang Zhiying, who cares about the next generation of outstanding workers, is 77 years old this year. After he retired from his post as the deputy director of the Standing Committee of Yangchun People’s Congress in 1992, he has been a leader and a clerk who is concerned about the next generation of organizations. He is suffering from emphysema and coronary heart disease and is adamant about taking medicine. In the first five years, he personally investigated and summarized his experiences and wrote three tutorials on the legal system for young students, the anti-drug and the 50th anniversary of the victory of the Anti-Japanese War.
