近年来,在建筑工程、桥梁等工程大量使用水下灌注桩基础工程,桥梁和写字楼桩基础在钻孔水下灌注桩基础工程中采用深大钻孔桩桩(≥1600mm)越来越普遍。在粉砂质泥岩、灰岩、花岗岩等地质条件下深大钻孔桩桩施工工艺和施工质量的控制决定了工程施工项目的整体质量。目前我们施工中对深大钻孔桩桩、施工质量的控制还存在粗放型的管理模式,暴露出许多问题。文章对重点研究解决施工过程中常见问题,以达到保障施工质量、进度,节约环保,提高效益的目的。
In recent years, extensive use of underwater bored pile foundations in construction projects, bridges and other projects has made it more and more common for deep foundation bored piles (≥1600mm) to be used in the foundations of bridges and office buildings. In the silty mudstone, limestone, granite and other geological conditions, deep bored pile construction process and construction quality control determines the overall quality of construction projects. At present, the construction of deep bored piles, construction quality control there is extensive management mode, exposing many problems. The article focuses on research to solve common problems in the construction process, in order to achieve the purpose of ensuring construction quality, progress, saving environmental protection and improving efficiency.
