当今世界,知识经济正在蓬勃兴起。如果说在200年以前,工业经济开始替代农业经济,那么今天知识经济正在开始替代工业经济。知识经济产生和发展之源来自于当代世界发达国家技术进步知识增长的速度越来越快,知识和信息对经济增长和社会发展的作用,已经超过资本和自然资源。科学技术革命正在把我们带入一个全新的时代。知识经济对我国既是严峻的挑战,又是难逢的机遇,顺应形势发展,有助于经济的繁荣。面对新的挑战和机遇我们必须认真研究知识经济的有关问题,争取在这场新的革命中占据有利位置。
In today’s world, the knowledge economy is booming. If the industrial economy started to replace the agricultural economy 200 years ago, the knowledge economy is beginning to replace the industrial economy today. The origin and development of knowledge-based economy come from the fact that the knowledge of advanced technology in the developed countries in the contemporary world is growing faster and faster. The role of knowledge and information in economic growth and social development has surpassed that of capital and natural resources. The revolution in science and technology is bringing us into a whole new era. The knowledge-based economy is both a serious challenge and an opportunity for our country. It is in conformity with the development of the situation and contributes to the economic prosperity. In the face of new challenges and opportunities, we must earnestly study the relevant issues of the knowledge economy and strive to occupy a favorable position in this new revolution.
