日语专业人才需求呈现出新的趋势特点,大致总结如下:一是人才需求量激增,社会对日语人才需求日趋多样化,二是蓬勃发展的涉日企业和单位、部门急需一大批在第一线工作的日语应用型人才,三是跨文化交际活动对日语人才的文化知识、文化能力提出了新的要求。面对人才需求的新特点,传统的日语专业人才培养模式已不能适应新形势下的人才需求,各个高校日语专业在人才培养方面如何改革现有的培养模式,以尽快构建日语专业应用型人才培养新模式无疑是高等本科院校日语专业必须思考的问题。
The demand for Japanese professionals is characterized by new trends. The general conclusions are as follows: First, the surge in demand for talents leads to the diversification of the demand for Japanese language professionals in society.
