最近,人力资源和社会保障部传出消息,中国农民60岁以后都将享受到国家普惠式的养老金了。对于占中国绝大多数人口的农民来说,这无疑是一场期盼已久的政策春雨。有专家认为,其惠农力度甚至不亚于前几年的取消农业税、新农合等政策。该政策的出台,也将彻底改变我国农村数千年来单纯依靠家庭养老的单一模式。从目前来看,虽然政府发放的基础养老金数额非常低,但这已经是很大的进步。
Recently, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security came out with news that Chinese peasants will enjoy the national pensions after the age of 60.
