研究了成分和工艺参数对超低碳烘烤硬化钢板晶粒尺寸的影响。结果表明:随Nb、Ti含量(特别是Nb含量)的降低,析出相颗粒对再结晶的阻碍作用减弱,降低了再结晶温度,相对延长了晶粒长大周期;加快了退火时晶粒的长大,有利于获得较大的铁素体晶粒。提高连续退火温度、减小冷轧压下率均能显著增加ULC-BH钢冷轧退火板铁素体晶粒尺寸,提高终轧温度可使冷轧退火板铁素体晶粒有一定程度的粗化,但卷取温度对冷轧退火板铁素体晶粒尺寸影响不大。
The effects of composition and process parameters on the grain size of ultra-low carbon bake hardened steel were studied. The results show that with the decrease of Nb and Ti content (especially Nb content), the impeding effect of precipitated phase particles on recrystallization is weakened, the recrystallization temperature is decreased, the grain growth cycle is relatively extended, and the grain size Grow, is conducive to obtaining larger ferrite grains. Increasing the continuous annealing temperature and decreasing the rolling reduction can significantly increase the ferrite grain size of the cold-rolled annealed sheet of ULC-BH steel. Increasing the finishing temperature can make the ferrite grains of the cold-rolled annealed sheet have a certain degree of Coarsening, but the coiling temperature has little effect on the ferrite grain size of the cold rolled annealed sheet.
