本文通过对学生现状分析,提出自己的班级管理经验,引导学生重视专业课程的学习;积极引导学生参加学校活动;耐心认真解决学生间矛盾;积极营建班级文化,形成良好班风。
Based on the analysis of the current situation of the students, this paper puts forward my own experience of class management, guides the students to pay attention to the study of the specialized courses, actively guides the students to participate in the school activities, patiently conscientiously resolves the contradictions among the students, constructs the class culture and forms a good class atmosphere.
