PH82—2—2,系山东农业大学从西北植物所RO〔长穗偃麦草×普通小麦(混合授粉)〕F_3,经钴60辐射(25KR)后,系选而成的优质高产兼顾型冬小麦新品种。该品种已于1992年4月通过了山东省品种审定委员会的认定,在同年9月的全国首届优质面包评比中,入选全国首批优质面包小麦。10月9日,它又在首届中国农业博览会上荣获金奖。该品种籽粒的蛋白质含量达15.99%,比国内
