一、改善前的工艺情况我厂是选用C7620-4型卡盘多刀自动车床来加工B型泵中的凸轮轴的。工艺要求:将凸轮轴的一端用卡盘夹紧,另一端用尾架顶尖顶住,前后横刀架各装四把宽15mm的成形刀。在第一工序位置上,前后横刀架同时作切入进给,待横向进给结束后,就快退至原位,然后作纵向快移至第二工序位置,重复第一工序位置的切入进给。见图1的前后刀架动作程序。但是,只要其中某一只横刀架加工结束,先作快退动作,而另一只刀架仍在作一切入进给时,这时,刀架会突然将被加工的凸轮轴撞出顶尖孔,使工件撞弯,
