1998年就要来到,首先,谨代表编辑部向曾为我刊作出辛累劳动的作者,对热忱关切刊物发展和垂爱本刊的读者致以诚挚的感谢和新年的祝福！ 环保事业是当今国内外关注的焦点,在我国被列为基本国策,这是社会主义制度的优越性的具体体现。十一届三中全会在来,环保工作取得令人鼓舞的成就,在现代化建设中可持续发展被列为党和国家经济和社会进步的战略。所有这些,要求进一步发展科技和加强舆论导向的科技刊物投入改革开放之中,为环保事业服务,为社会主义服务。
First of all, on behalf of the editorial department, I would like to extend my sincere gratitude and thanks for the New Year’s greetings to the readers who dedicated themselves to the publication development and love our publications for the author who worked hard for my magazine. Environmental protection is the focus of attention both at home and abroad today and in our country as a basic national policy. This is a concrete manifestation of the superiority of the socialist system. At the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, encouraging achievements have been made in environmental protection work and sustainable development in the modernization drive has been listed as a strategy for economic and social progress of the party and the country. All these calls for the further development of science and technology and the enhancement of public opinion-oriented scientific and technological journals into the process of reform and opening up, serving the cause of environmental protection and serving socialism.
