我部自去年以来陆续发表过口服紫金龙中毒的报道以来,又收到有关报道。紫金龙浸羔片系本省白族民间草药发展而来,其临床用于镇痛、止血。从本刊所载七例服紫金龙中毒患者中,全为女性,年龄23-60岁,中毒症状出现快达服药后半小时,慢达陆续服药三天后而入院,发病与服药量成正比,中毒程度不一,症状表现都有出汗,恶心,头胀痛,头晕,上腹不适胸闷、心慌昏厥、抽搐。心电图表现都有心律失常、包括窦性心动过速、Q-T间期延长,窦性静止、多源性频发室性早博,阵发性室性心动过速、阵发性室性纤颤,严重者出现阿一斯氏综合征,同一患者可反复多次交替出现多种心律失常。该药云南省卫生厅已于1983年3月发出通知停止生产及使用,现正进行药理研究。本期再刊一例中毒死亡报道,以供参考,望基层医务人员对该药引起高度重视。
