失误之一:工作不讲技巧,使得少部分学生过分“富裕”工作中,我们经常可以见到荣誉、奖励、表扬过分集中在几个优等生身上的现象。这些学习优秀学生是精神上的“富翁”,而那些学习中下学生却成了精神上的“贫困户”,什么也得不到,甚至连他们的进步和“闪光点”也视而不见,不能给予及时的肯定和赞赏,积极性、主动性和自尊心严重受挫,进而失却教育的良好契机。班主任应尽力克服其消极影响,一视同仁地对待学生,实施扬长教育,努力去发现每一个学生的长处和优点,利用好教育的“关键点”,给学生以激励和赏识。在给优等生“锦上添花”时, 千万不要对学习中下学生吝惜你的赞美之辞,不要忘记给他们“雪中送炭”。
