目的:探讨电话随访对永久性起搏器护理的重要性。方法:采用随机分组的方式将2015年1月至2016年8月我院收治的植入永久性起搏器的患者191例分为观察组和对照组,其中给予对照组95例出院后常规健康指导,给予观察组96例在对照组基础上给予出院电话随访,将两组患者的出院3月后的护理满意度、切口异常率、不良反应率与舒适度进行比较分析。结果:观察组护理满意度与对照组相比显著较高,舒适度评分、切口异常率与不良反应率与对照组相比显著较低,差异存在统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:针对永久性起搏器植入患者在出院后,在常规健康指导的基础上给予电话随访,不仅能够降低切口异常情况的概率,减少不良反应率,而且能够提升患者的舒适感受,改善护患关系,在临床上推广普及很有价值。
Objective: To investigate the importance of telephone follow-up on permanent pacemaker care. Methods: A total of 191 patients with permanent pacemaker implanted in our hospital from January 2015 to August 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Among them, 95 patients in control group were discharged after routine discharge Guidance, given the observation group of 96 patients on the basis of the control group were given telephone follow-up, the two groups of patients discharged after 3 months of nursing satisfaction, incision rate of abnormalities, adverse reaction rates and comfort were compared. Results: The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The comfort score, incision abnormality rate and adverse reaction rate were significantly lower than those of the control group (p <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: For patients with permanent pacemaker implantation, follow-up on the basis of routine health guidance after discharge from the hospital not only reduces the probability of incision abnormalities and reduces the rate of adverse reactions, but also enhances patients’ comfort and improves nursing Suffering from the relationship in the clinical promotion of universal value.
