目的探讨全口龈下刮治术与根面平整(SRP)联合咬创伤牙位咬调整治疗牙周炎伴咬创伤的效果。方法将60例牙周病伴咬创伤患者分为对照组及观察组,各30例。对照组采用全口SRP治疗,观察组采用全口SRP联合咬创伤牙位咬调整治疗,比较两组患者的治疗疗效、牙周指标和咬指标。结果观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(<0.01),治疗后观察组牙周指标及咬指标均显著低于对照组(均<0.01)。结论全口SRP联合咬创伤牙位咬调整治疗牙周炎伴咬创伤可显著改善牙周炎症和咬状况,临床疗效好。
Objective To investigate the effects of total mouth subgingival scaling and root surface formation (SRP) in combination with bite trauma and bit bite adjustment for the treatment of periodontitis and bite trauma. Methods 60 cases of periodontal disease with bite trauma patients were divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases each. The control group with full mouth SRP treatment, the observation group with full mouth SRP combined bite trauma teeth bite adjustment treatment, the two groups of patients treated with curative effect, periodontal index and bite indicators. Results The effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (<0.01). After treatment, the indexes of periodontal and bite in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (all <0.01). Conclusion All-mouth SRP combined with bite trauma teeth bite adjustment treatment of periodontitis with bite 可 trauma can significantly improve the periodontal inflammation and bite condition, good clinical efficacy.
